This deposit confirms:

• 10 hours ($200/hr) of wedding day coverage on October 5, 2024 at Barn 38

• An additional photographer present at the ceremony

• Unlimited images

• 1 hour engagement session

• Same-day previews of your images

REMINDER: Payment Schedule and Method

For your convenience, payments can be made online via karlyunderwoodphotos.com using a valid credit card. Otherwise, payment is to be made by cash. A 50% initial retainer fee is due upon booking (See COVID Addendum I). 25% of the total is due in exchange for engagement images or a month prior the wedding day. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks after wedding ceremony with a 10% late fee applied each week thereafter.
